Information and Communication Technologies in Education

Schools use a diverse set of ICT tools to communicate, create, spread, store, and manage information. Some examples of the many uses the ICTs have in education are the following:
1. Tablets for Students: Having electronic devices for the students to use as it is iPads and Tablets. This makes investigation easier and in some schools it replaces many, large and heavy books and they are all stored in one device.
2. Computers for Common Use: Not every schools have it but some can afford these and enable it for the use of students to do works that need of an electronic device. These are not for each student, they are shared with others but for a common use.
3.  Interactive White Boards or Smart Boards: Interactive white boards allow projected computer images to be displayed, manipulated, dragged, clicked, or copied. This is a recent program and maybe in the future, smart boards will be used more frequently.
4. Electronic Readers: These are devices that have the form of tablets but are for the specific use of reading, they consume their whole memory to contain tons of books to read.
5. Projectors: These devices are commonly used to project to a wall information and presentations in an easy way where everybody can see it.
6. Algebraix: it is an app which permits the students communicate with teachers, they can be informed of homework, know when they have to deliver a project, etc. It is a useful way to communicate information with technology.
7. E-Mail: E-Mail is a super common used service, it works to share information, teachers can use it to send information about a project, or work.
8. Safari: is an app found on apple devices, it is a Web browser that can search information needed for an investigation, homework, etc.

Conclusion:
In conclusion I think ICTs can be found in many areas, but specially at school you can find memory because the main intention of school is to communicate information and with the fast advance it is more common everyday to see technology at schools because it makes the main intention of school easier.
